Private Space

Clinical success in telehealth relies on a confidential environment. Please ensure you are in a quiet, indoor space where you cannot be overheard. For optimal privacy, we recommend using headphones and staying in a room with a closed door throughout our session.

Technical Stability

Stable connection is vital for maintaining the therapeutic flow. Ensure your device is plugged in or fully charged and connected to a reliable high-speed network. If a technical failure occurs, please check your email for a secondary link or expect a phone call from your provider.

Emergency Protocols

Telehealth psychotherapy is available in Illinois and Michigan. Clients must be physically located in Illinois or Michigan at the time of the session. To maintain safety, we verify your address and local emergency contact at every start. Direct crisis calls to 988 or 911 immediately if needed.
