What is the Free 15-Minute Consultation?

The Free 15-Minute Consultation is a brief phone or video call to see whether we are a good fit to work together. It is not a therapy session and does not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship. We will talk about what you are looking for, what I offer, and possible next steps.

What happens after I complete the intake forms?

After you complete the intake forms, I review your information and confirm whether my services are a good fit for your needs. If so, we will schedule your first full session and go over any remaining questions about telehealth, fees, and policies.

What if I am in crisis?

If you are in a mental health crisis or having thoughts of harming yourself or others, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Online therapy with New Hope Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC is not a crisis service.
